<p>Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) sequencing is the process of locating sequence main chemical bases in DNA. Next-generation (NGS) state-of-the-art DNA technique. The NGS technique advanced biological science analyzing human due to its scalability, high throughput, and speed. Analyzing crucial determine ability a person develop certain diseases his respond medications. ChIP-sequencing method that combines chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) with analyze protein interactions identify binding sites. Many online web tools have been developed conduct ChIP-Seq data analysis either discover or find motifs, i.e., patterns Since these need be used by clinical practitioners, they must comply web-related usability tasks including effectiveness, efficiency satisfaction enhance user experience (UX). To end, we conducted an empirical study understand their UX design. Specifically, evaluated 8 widely against 6 known quality metrics. Our shows design studied does not follow principles.</p>
